Facilitated by Lemmex Williams Training Inc., this one-day program equips leaders to understand generational differences, build motivation strategies, and foster collaboration across diverse teams—turning generational challenges into opportunities for stronger, more unified leadership.

 

Session Topic

With 5 generations in the workforce, leaders are struggling to lead their teams in a way that motivates them all. It starts with understanding the generations and what makes them different. Then leaders must understand how to motivate people and come with a comprehensive plan to motivate the generations they lead. And lastly, leaders need to understand how to help these diverse teams deal with conflict and effectively collaborate.

  • Learn how generations communicate differently and how they interpret not only the communication but also the mode in which it was delivered

About the Facilitator


Merri Lemmex MBA-PM, PMP, Managing Partner, Operations

Merri has over 35 years in the training industry, beginning with the development of technical training programs and expanding to include design, development and delivery of regulatory training and management skills courses. Her clients include Corel Systems, the Canadian Medical Protective Association, Duke University, GlaxoSmith Kline and neuroLanguage.  Merri’s experience has focused on the high tech industry, clinical research and medical organizations, and government departments at all levels.

In addition, she has owned and operated three businesses, and is an experienced manager in training and personnel management of large organizations. Merri has spoken at over 20 conferences within Canada.

Merri holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Project Management.
