Welcoming Rola Helou as Chief Executive Officer of CPHR Canada

Effective July 13, 2026, Rola Helou, Adm.A., CRHA, will be the Chief Executive Officer of CPHR Canada, 

Rola's appointment marks an important milestone in the evolution of our national organization. As we begin implementing our new strategic plan, the Board determined that the time was right to establish a full-time CEO role focused on advancing CPHR Canada's national mandate.

As we welcome Rola to the organization, we would also like to extend our appreciation to Richard Blain for his service as Interim CEO. During this transition period, Richard provided steady leadership, sound judgment, and commitment to the organization’s mission and members. We are grateful for his contributions and for helping ensure a seamless transition.

We would also like to recognize and thank Anthony Ariganello for his many contributions to CPHR Canada. For many years, Anthony successfully served as CEO of both CPHR Canada and CPHR BC & Yukon. Through his leadership, CPHR Canada strengthened its national presence, advanced collaboration among member associations, elevated the CPHR designation, established strong international relationships, and built the strong foundation from which we now move forward.

We look forward to working together as we begin this next chapter and continue advancing the profession across Canada.
