Professional Complaints

As one of its most important mandates, CPHR Prince Edward Island governs the conduct of its members in their profession through their adherence to the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct.

If you believe that a member of CPHR Prince Edward Island has failed to meet their professional obligations under the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct and the standards of practice, you can file an official complaint with CPHR Prince Edward Island using the form below.

CPHR Prince Edward Island can only investigate a complaint filed against one of our members. To determine if an individual is a CPHR Prince Edward Island registrant, email main@cphrpei.ca .

A complaint against a CPHR Prince Edward Island member can be lodged by anyone, including a member of the public, a fellow member, or the Registrar on behalf of the CPHR Prince Edward Island.

 

Complaints against non-members must be directed to authorities other than CPHR Prince Edward Island.
