The economic burden of mental health has been well documented, and much of the cost is absorbed by employers, but the human cost of this crisis is immeasurable. More people than ever before report increased stress at work and the impact it has on their mental health. Across the globe, employers are increasingly being required to address and mitigate the risks of psychological injury.
