Weaving the Web: Seeing Workplace Systems Through an Equity Lens - FREE Webinar
Participants will explore four types of threads through HR scenarios: Radial threads highlight how equity-focused purpose and direction are set; Spiral threads reveal how patterns of practice evolve and either reinforce or disrupt inclusion; Sticky threads surface systemic bias and barriers; and Strong threads point to equitable policies, strengths, and opportunities for change. Together, these perspectives offer a practical way to reweave workplace systems toward greater fairness and inclusion.
