Employment Insurance Work-Sharing program Adjustments

Employment Insurance Work-Sharing program underwent significant adjustments earlier this year, to support employers and workers affected by the trade tensions with the United States. These adjustments are in effect until March 2026. They were requested by the Employment Insurance Commissioner for Employers and her counterpart for workers. CPHR Canada commended the government for moving forward with these measures.
