Session Topic

Leadership has changed, today it requires leaders to shift their approaches in ascertaining relations with their employees, and partners, through hybrid management systems. Yet, employees view their role from a sense of well-being through the use of business hybrid solutions.

McKinsey & Company, a global human resources research firm states that 34% employees leave their jobs because of uninspiring, uncaring leaders. Other reasons for job-hopping are the lack of ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Studies are reporting a staggering 60% of the people within organizations are emotionally detached at work (Gallup, 2023).

As an organization plans for its future, leadership trends and growth are areas that need to be considered. Organizations need to rethink what is required of the people who are in a leadership position or of those that are to be placed in a leadership role. This webinar will be an opportunity to discover and learn about the global trends in effective leadership to fulfill the organizational goals.
